About the role

The Junior Sales Associate will support store operations by assisting customers and ensuring smooth sales processes. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop retail skills while contributing to high service standards and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to appropriate department associates.
• Handle basic customer service tasks, including order follow‑up and forwarding complaints to senior staff.
• Assist with receiving stock and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Support product replenishment and merchandising according to senior guidance.
• Promote up‑selling, cross‑selling and store promotions to meet hourly sales goals.
• Track non‑moving items and report findings to senior sales personnel.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Fluent English communication.
• Strong planning, organization and teamwork abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude and cultural awareness.
