Junior Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join Harvard Logistics in Abu Dhabi. The role combines team leadership with hands‑on sales activities, supporting the growth of our logistics services while ensuring high‑quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily huddles with Sales Executives to review performance, provide feedback and address challenges.
• Maintain a best‑in‑class sales process, ensuring clear communication and service excellence for customers.
• Identify and remediate weaknesses in the sales funnel, including customer engagement and communication.
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs, including TM events, member‑get‑member programs and targeted marketing listings.
• Contribute individually to sales targets when required, while supporting the team’s overall objectives.
• Monitor competitors and relay timely insights to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Operations and CIU to ensure smooth application flow.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to foster a client‑centric culture.
• Communicate issues and potential threats to senior management and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Participate in daily sales huddles to reinforce credit policies, product propositions and criteria.

Required profile

• Experience managing sales teams of up to 12 members.
• 1‑2 years of experience leading a target‑based sales team.
• Willingness to take on individual sales responsibilities when business needs arise.
