Junior Sales Manager

About the role

The Junior Sales Manager will support the Senior Sales Manager in driving sales of security screening systems across specific market verticals. This is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract based in Dubai with significant travel.

Key responsibilities

• Close new business with new and existing customers and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Create and annually update a sales plan for the assigned market vertical, providing strategic inputs and budgeting.
• Report sales numbers accurately in SAP and ensure timely data entry.
• Drive new customer acquisition, ensure customer satisfaction and key client retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments and the Programs team for smooth project execution.
• Conduct prospecting, product demonstrations, trade show participation, quotation preparation, and contribute to major proposals.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of successful sales or business development experience selling capital‑intensive technology solutions, preferably in homeland security.
• Experience selling to aviation, ports & borders, urban security, or defence markets.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage a sales territory independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to large groups.
• Fluent Arabic preferred.
