Junior Social Media Manager

About the role

TennisShop.ae, the UAE’s largest tennis retail chain, is looking for a creative and data‑driven Junior Social Media Manager. You will help shape the brand’s online presence, produce engaging content, and connect with a growing community of tennis enthusiasts across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar with 30+ posts, reels, stories and short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely production of assets and adapt each piece to the specific platform’s format and audience.
• Maintain TennisShop’s brand voice, visual identity and positioning across all digital channels.
• Support product launches, seasonal promotions and e‑commerce campaigns by creating and publishing relevant social content.
• Own the email marketing calendar, write copy, segment audiences and track performance metrics such as open and click‑through rates.
• Collect and analyse performance data from social and email platforms, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Work closely with marketing and e‑commerce teams to align social posts with product information, links and campaign messaging.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a strong interest in tennis and digital trends.
• Data‑driven approach, comfortable interpreting metrics to optimise content.
• Hands‑on attitude; proactive in generating ideas and spotting opportunities.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to streamline workflow.
• Ability to work fast in a dynamic, on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Experience in email marketing and audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with AI content‑generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
