Junior Specialist – Indirect Procurement

About the role
The Junior Specialist – Indirect Procurement will manage the full procurement cycle for CAPEX, OPEX and services, ensuring timely sourcing, ordering, delivery and payment while supporting internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Check daily released purchase requisitions for assigned departments and create purchase orders.
- Send supplier enquiries, obtain quotations, negotiate terms and evaluate supplier performance.
- Attach supporting documents in SAP, follow up deliveries, resolve discrepancies and coordinate vendor payments with Finance.
- Maintain supplier relationships, manage freight and shipment clearance, and update order status in SAP.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with procurement software; experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
