Junior Structural Engineer

About the role

WeSource is seeking two Junior Structural Engineers for a 4‑month contract with a leading organization in Dubai. The role focuses on reviewing exhibition stand designs, conducting onsite inspections, and ensuring structural safety in fast‑paced event and exhibition environments.

Key responsibilities

• Review exhibition stand designs and related structural documentation.
• Conduct onsite inspections to verify compliance with safety and structural standards.
• Evaluate technical drawings and structural calculations.
• Prepare and review structural detailing as required.
• Coordinate with project teams during event operations and installations.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in structural engineering or junior structural engineering.
• Experience with exhibition stands, temporary structures, or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication and report‑writing skills.
• Willingness to work onsite, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when needed.
