Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Uber Homes Real Estate, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage offering property sales, leasing, investment and property management services, is looking for a proactive Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai focused on recruiting property consultants, real estate agents and candidates for internal roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for property consultants, real estate agents and internal support roles
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and other channels
• Draft, publish and manage job advertisements
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates and run initial screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and applicant records
• Handle offer letters, pre-joining documents and onboarding formalities
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns, track hiring progress and keep hiring reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while keeping confidentiality and following UAE regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience; real estate recruitment experience is an advantage
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
• Candidates based in Dubai with immediate availability are preferred

Required skills

• Familiarity with sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals and social media
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for recruitment trackers and databases
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail
