Junior Urban Designer

About the role

Join the master planning team as a Junior Urban Designer, working under the guidance of a Senior Urban Designer or Master Planner. You will contribute creative and innovative design solutions while supporting research and documentation for project segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver design concepts for assigned project segments.
• Coordinate with internal design disciplines to produce consistent reports, presentations, and project documents.
• Compile and organise planning documents and data.
• Support logistics for planning sessions or events.
• Contribute to team KPIs such as marketing materials and thought‑leadership activities.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in urban design, master planning, architecture or related fields.
• Degree in Architecture, Landscape, Urban Planning or a Master’s in Urban Design/Master Planning (or equivalent).
• Working towards professional recognition (e.g., AIA, RIBA, ARB, RTPI).
• Strong communication, organisational and self‑motivation skills.
