About the role

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hala Arjaan Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality repairs and upkeep while providing excellent service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Repair or replace tiles, flooring and wall finishes as needed.
• Perform general block‑work wall repairs and plaster work.
• Fix damaged shelving, furniture and carry out painting tasks.
• Execute plumbing repairs, silicon sealant replacement and other minor trades work.
• Repair or replace broken windows, doors and locks.
• Follow Rotana policies and procedures and report serious damages to supervisors.

Required profile

• Diploma or formal training in general maintenance.
• Previous experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting or electrical work.
• Good command of English and ability to diagnose and fix systems.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on, adaptable to unpredictable situations.
• Pro‑active, reliable, detail‑oriented and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Team player with strong customer focus.
