Key Account Executive - Fashion

About the role

The Key Account Executive – Fashion will join STYLI Marketplace’s growing team in Dubai, reporting to the Category Head. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for expanding the platform’s brand portfolio across STYLI and six additional marketplaces, driving sales growth and ensuring strong partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and sign up new fashion and beauty brands to sell on STYLI and partner platforms.
• Develop and present compelling value propositions that highlight the benefits of the STYLI e‑commerce ecosystem.
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements that create mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Collaborate with the planning team to forecast monthly performance and enable sellers to meet targets.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and monitor partner performance, providing feedback and support to optimise results.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new brands together with category managers.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities for growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably within fashion e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good understanding of e‑commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
