Key Account Manager - ELV Systems

About the role

Innovation Group is hiring a permanent Key Account Manager for ELV systems in Dubai. The role focuses on developing new business in the local end-user market and selling ELV products such as CCTV, access control, intercom, PA/BGM systems, structured cabling and SMATV.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in ELV systems and solutions
• Promote and sell ELV products including CCTV, access control, intercom, PA/BGM systems, structured cabling and SMATV
• Understand client requirements and design suitable ELV solutions in coordination with technical teams
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals and tenders
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors and end users
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on payments and coordinate project delivery with internal teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, electronics or a related field (preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in ELV, low current or security systems sales
• Experience working with consultants, contractors and developers
• Knowledge of the UAE/GCC construction and ELV market
• Valid driving licence

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and major brands (Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, Bosch, Siemens, etc.)
• Understanding of project-based sales in the construction / MEP industry
• Communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs is an advantage
• Experience handling large-scale ELV projects
