About the role

The Key Account Manager – Fragrance will drive sustainable business growth and maximise profitability for Cartier’s luxury travel‑retail fragrance portfolio in Dubai. This fixed‑term maternity cover offers an exceptional opportunity to work with strategic clients and internal teams to deliver commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and margin targets while providing accurate forecasts and monitoring performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key fragrance clients and act as the primary point of contact.
• Build and lead a Travel Retail ambassador community through training, recruitment, and performance monitoring.
• Identify growth opportunities, including upselling, cross‑selling and new business development.
• Present new product launches, brand strategies and value propositions to clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply flow and execution of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty, fragrance, luxury or travel‑retail industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving sales performance.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
