Key Account Manager – Volvo Construction Equipment

About the role
The Key Account Manager will promote, market and sell Volvo construction equipment across Dubai and the North Emirates. You will manage the full sales cycle, ensure customer satisfaction and meet revenue targets while building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue, unit sales and customer engagement through effective sales process management.
- Identify new customers and opportunities, create action plans and secure new business.
- Provide accurate quotations, manage order delivery and minimise receivables.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts to grow repeat business.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably with distributor and dealer networks.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of power products.
- Client relationship management.
- Sales process management.
