Key Account Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Key Account Specialist to develop and maintain relationships with our key retail, leisure, hospitality and distribution partners across the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on inventory management, replenishment planning, operational coordination and regular customer engagement to ensure excellent account execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships with store teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor account performance, stock levels and service standards, identifying opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Prepare replenishment recommendations based on sales trends, seasonality and customer demand, and coordinate timely stock dispatch with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Track inventory movements, conduct stock checks, and proactively address delivery or stock‑risk issues.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, analyse sales and inventory data, and maintain Excel‑based trackers and dashboards.
• Conduct regular field visits to stores and warehouses to review merchandising standards, product availability and operational execution.
• Liaise between customers and internal departments (sales, finance, merchandising, warehouse) to ensure seamless coordination.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness.
• Proactive communication and ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple internal teams.
• Experience in field visits and customer engagement.
