KG Teacher – Academic Year 2026‑27

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Kindergarten (KG) Teacher for the 2026‑27 academic year at Al Qurm Charter School, a thriving US‑curriculum charter school in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering inclusive, student‑centred lessons that foster independence and maximise each child’s progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging KG lessons that meet curriculum requirements and cater for the full ability range.
• Organise classroom resources, create displays and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assess and record student progress using Target Tracker, providing feedback to parents and contributing to data‑driven planning.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff and external professionals (e.g., speech therapists) to support student development.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy and promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere.
• Participate in parent‑teacher conferences and maintain strong communication with families.
