About the role

The Khatwaty High School Graduate Programme is a structured pathway for UAE nationals to start a career with Emirates Group. Participants are placed in one of several business areas – airport services, dnata services, SkyCargo or related functions – where they receive on‑the‑job training and develop supervisory capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service at check‑in, boarding, baggage handling and gate areas.
• Assist VIP, marhaba, unaccompanied minor and passengers with special needs, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Support cargo operations, including handling of shipments and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues in a fast‑paced environment.
• Participate in training sessions and apply learned procedures to real‑world scenarios.

Required profile

• UAE national with a high school diploma.
• Strong motivation to build a career in customer‑facing or operational roles.
• Willingness to work in airport, call‑centre, cargo, security or finance settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
