Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service during check‑in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Assist passengers at gates, transfer desks, and special‑handling areas in line with dnata standards.
• Support marhaba services for VIPs, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth airport operations and passenger satisfaction.

Required profile

• UAE national, recent high‑school graduate.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
