Kids Animator

About the role

The Kids Animator will lead and supervise the daily activities of the hotel’s Kids Club, creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for children and their families. This role is essential to delivering the high‑standard Turkish hospitality experience that Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and parents with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ensure the safety, security and well‑being of all participants during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Organise, supervise and lead age‑appropriate recreational, educational and creative programmes.
• Prepare materials, games and equipment ahead of each session and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Respond to parents’ inquiries, resolve complaints where possible and report issues to the Recreation Manager.
• Report accidents, injuries or unusual incidents immediately and complete incident reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and good condition of all toys, games and learning materials.
• Inspect facilities daily, report damaged items and coordinate repairs with engineering.
• Ensure all activities comply with hotel policies, child safeguarding procedures and health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Familiarity with Kids Club facilities, schedules and services.
• Professional, courteous demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to supervise children of various ages and manage group dynamics.
• Proactive attitude towards safety and incident reporting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of child‑safeguarding and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Ability to organise and lead age‑appropriate recreational and educational activities.
