Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant creates a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children participating in the Kids Club at Yas Plaza Hotels. You will supervise children, organise age‑appropriate activities, and ensure high standards of health, safety and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children throughout their time in the Kids Club.
• Plan and deliver recreational and educational activities suitable for different age groups.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional service to children and their parents, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensure the Kids Club area is clean, tidy and well‑stocked with supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant childcare, education, recreation or hospitality certification is a plus.
• Previous experience working with children in a hotel, resort, childcare centre, school or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Friendly, energetic, patient and responsible personality.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
