Kids Club Attendant – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

Join the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah team as a Kids Club Attendant, creating safe, fun and educational experiences for young guests. You will be the face of hospitality for families, ensuring memorable stays through engaging activities and attentive care.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and host age‑appropriate, entertaining and educational activities for children and teenagers in line with the Children’s Club concept.
• Maintain a safe environment, constantly monitoring children’s whereabouts and intervening when needed.
• Provide babysitting services and assist with child‑focused amenities upon guest request.
• Handle club consumables, merchandising stock and coordinate with other hotel departments for special events.
• Follow pre‑opening, opening, closing and cleaning procedures, and report any maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Qualified as a Children Teacher or Nurse.
• Proven experience handling teenagers and younger children in a hospitality or educational setting.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, parents and team members.
• Positive attitude, initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
