Kids Club Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kids Club Manager to lead the children’s recreational facility at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a five‑star beachfront resort in Ras Al Khaimah. You will create a safe, fun and educational environment for young guests while delivering the high service standards of our luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring compliance with health, safety and child‑protection policies.
• Lead, coach and schedule a team of childcare professionals, fostering a collaborative workplace.
• Design and implement age‑appropriate activities, games and educational programs.
• Manage the Kids Club budget, procure supplies and maintain equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, emergency contacts and incident reports.
• Provide prompt, professional service to parents and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to integrate family‑friendly experiences and promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a kids club, children’s program or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of child protection regulations and safety standards.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with childcare management software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
