Kids Club Manager

About the role

Rixos Bab Al Bahr is seeking an enthusiastic Kids Club Manager to lead its children’s recreational facility. You will create a safe, fun, and educational environment for young guests while ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of childcare professionals.
• Design and implement age‑appropriate activities and programs.
• Enforce health, safety, and child‑protection protocols.
• Manage the Kids Club budget, purchasing supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate attendance, emergency contacts, and incident records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments for integrated family experiences.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to uphold service standards.
• Monitor program effectiveness and make improvements.
• Ensure the Kids Club area remains clean, organized, and well‑maintained.

Required profile

• High school diploma; bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in childcare or recreation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity in planning children’s activities.
• Knowledge of child development principles and local protection laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and childcare management software.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours.
