Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

As a Kids Club Supervisor you will lead the daily operations of the hotel’s children’s club, creating a safe and engaging environment for young guests. You will plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring activities are delivered safely and effectively.
• Plan and coordinate recreational, educational and creative programmes for children of various ages.
• Manage child registration, check‑in/out procedures and maintain appropriate supervision ratios.
• Enforce hotel child‑safety, safeguarding, emergency, hygiene and security policies.
• Coach, schedule and support Kids Club attendants and other recreation team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of toys, equipment, play areas and facilities, conducting regular safety checks.
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding activities, incidents and feedback.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, incidents, equipment checks and activity participation.
• Assist with special events, children’s celebrations, holiday programmes and hotel activities.
• Support the Recreation Manager with staff scheduling, training, inventory and operational planning.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, recreation, childcare, education or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation or hotel environment.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child safety, hygiene and safeguarding practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with children from diverse cultures.
• Friendly, energetic, patient and responsible personality.
• Good organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
