Kiosk Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kiosk Sales Associate to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be the face of our brand, engaging customers, showcasing products, and driving sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate products, highlight features, promotions, and close sales while handling objections and upselling.
• Operate the POS system to process sales, refunds, exchanges, and manage cash, credit, and digital payments.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing kiosk; replenish stock and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and participate in promotional events.
• Provide after‑sales support, explain warranty/return policies, and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with stock deliveries.
• Collaborate with fellow staff for smooth shift transitions and submit regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Previous retail or direct sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
