About the role

As a Kitchen Artist you will lead daily kitchen operations while delivering memorable hospitality experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present quality dishes according to hotel standards and guest expectations.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, following HACCP, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including food production, mise en place, and service periods.
• Ensure consistency and quality of taste, presentation, and portion control across all dishes.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver efficient and seamless service.
• Manage stock, storage, rotation, and utilization of ingredients to minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
