Kitchen Manager

About the role

As a Kitchen Manager you will lead and oversee a cluster of cloud kitchens, optimizing financial performance, managing high‑intensity day‑to‑day operations, and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant partners. You will guide a frontline operational team to ensure seamless service delivery while upholding rigorous food safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple kitchen sites to ensure consistency, speed, and quality of service delivery.
• Take full accountability for the cluster’s profit and loss, implementing cost‑optimization measures and driving revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule supervisors and dispatchers, ensuring efficient shift management and KPI achievement.
• Serve as primary contact for restaurant brands, resolving issues and fostering long‑term partner satisfaction.
• Enforce compliance with municipal health codes, global food safety benchmarks, and corporate HSE standards.
• Monitor operational performance metrics (order prep time, vendor delay, fail rate, ratings) and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Quick Service Restaurant clusters or cloud kitchen operations.
• Track record of high‑volume kitchen management, inventory optimization, and waste reduction.
• Strong ability to lead frontline teams in rotating shift environments.
• Demonstrated competence in high‑intensity, fast‑paced settings.
• Solid financial acumen with experience handling restaurant P&L.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
