Kitchen Prepper

About the role

Noon is looking for a Kitchen Prepper to support its hyper‑local delivery platform, Noon Minutes. You will work in a temperature‑controlled cold kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients for sandwiches, wraps and salads while adhering to strict hygiene and food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize and cut vegetables, fruits and other fresh ingredients according to food‑safety protocols.
• Portion and label ingredients to standardized sizes as defined by recipes.
• Prepare proteins, condiments and garnishes for daily production runs.
• Organise pre‑pped items in dated containers and maintain FIFO stock rotation.
• Keep prep stations, cutting boards and knives clean throughout the shift.
• Monitor ingredient freshness, report quality concerns and dispose of waste properly.
• Support the team with general kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor.
