About the role

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Steward to join the team at a prestigious 5‑Star luxury hotel on the Red Sea. The role ensures a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment to support the culinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils according to hygiene standards.
• Manage dishwashing duties and ensure timely availability of clean kitchenware.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and proper handling of food supplies.
• Handle garbage disposal and waste management in line with hotel protocols.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and organization as required.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards for a 5‑star hotel kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina to handle kitchen labour demands.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
