About the role
We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Steward to join our Food & Beverage team at Rotana Ras Al Khaimah – The Mangroves. You will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, supporting the overall service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Clean food processing areas, storage rooms, walk‑in refrigerators, kitchen utensils, corridors and holding zones.
- Maintain and sanitize operational equipment according to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow assigned duty schedules and shift patterns.
- Execute all stewarding tasks as instructed, minimizing waste, breakage and spoilage.
Required profile
- Vocational training in Food & Beverage or related field.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward.
- Fluent command of English.
- Hands‑on, hardworking and committed attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure and pay attention to detail.
