Land Freight Coordinator

About the role

Noatum Logistics, a top‑50 global freight forwarder, is seeking a Land Freight Coordinator to oversee land freight operations within its Logistics Cluster. The role ensures vehicles are arranged efficiently, deliveries are on time, and records are accurately maintained to support the broader logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange vehicles according to request specifications and inform drivers of their tasks.
• Gather clear transportation requirements before scheduling vehicles.
• Minimize vehicle idle time, increase trip frequency, and ensure timely driver incentive processing and job closures.
• Plan routes, select transport modes, and track shipments for cost‑effective delivery.
• Collaborate with service providers to guarantee efficient execution and on‑time delivery.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics, work schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on deliveries, and handle complaints.
• Renew driver and vehicle permissions, maintain asset records, monitor fuel costs, and produce movement reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or business administration qualifications are a plus.
• 3‑4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Team player comfortable in a results‑oriented environment.
