Land Sport Animator

About the role

We are looking for a Land Sport Animator to facilitate and present small and large scale activities for adult guests at our luxury resort. The role involves setting up activities, ensuring safety, and contributing new ideas to enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and present small and large scale activities independently or with other Resort Activities Animators in an adult environment.
• Assist in the set‑up and execution of activities, ensuring programs run smoothly before, during, and after they end.
• Supervise adult participants, providing a safe environment for all ages.
• Contribute new activity ideas and assist in developing future resort activity programs.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Entertainment Manager or Executive Team.

Required profile

• Current Standard First Aid certification with CPR.
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced recreational environment with adults.
• Positive, outgoing and professional attitude with strong communication skills; additional foreign language (e.g., Russian) is an asset.
• Ability to work well under pressure, flexible, and a good team player.
• Physically fit and able to perform activities in any weather, including walking, sports and water sports.
