Land Sport Supervisor

About the role

The Land Sport Supervisor will lead the planning, organization and delivery of community and recreation programmes for Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. You will ensure that activities meet guest expectations, comply with company policies and contribute to the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, organise, implement and evaluate a variety of community services and recreation programmes, including special events and contracted services.
• Establish schedules, identify resource needs and prepare publicity materials for community events and recreation activities.
• Coordinate the online recreation registration system and maintain related files and records.
• Supervise special events, develop contracts, hire and manage contracted instructors.
• Serve as liaison on community‑related committees, prepare purchase requisitions and order supplies.
• Participate in the selection, training and performance management of part‑time recreation staff.
