Land Surveyor – Dubai

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join its Dubai team. You will work on‑site as part of a survey crew, delivering accurate field surveys for infrastructure and utility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review project drawings and documents and supervise survey‑related works.
• Perform land and field surveys, conduct geodetic calculations and set‑out levels.
• Interface with clients and contractors to verify survey requirements and ensure protection of services.
• Maintain complete survey records, including field books, sketches and calculations.
• Prepare as‑built drawings and support health‑and‑safety activities on site.

Required profile

• Diploma or associate degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on infrastructure and utilities projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software and dedicated survey software.
• Hands‑on experience operating total stations, data collectors and GPS equipment.
• Ability to perform geodetic calculations and produce accurate field sketches.
