Landscape Architect Manager

About the role

Arada is seeking a Landscape Architect Manager to lead the planning, design, coordination and execution of landscape architecture projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, sustainability goals and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept design through construction documentation and site execution.
• Develop innovative and sustainable landscape design solutions in line with project objectives and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
• Prepare and review landscape master plans, planting plans, hardscape details, irrigation layouts and technical drawings.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure design intent and quality standards are achieved.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations and design reviews.
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and project management.
• Proven experience working on projects in the UAE with strong familiarity of municipality regulations and approval processes.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary landscape projects from concept to completion.
• Prior experience in residential, mixed‑use or public‑realm projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in landscape design software and drafting tools.
• Knowledge of municipality regulations, environmental standards and project specifications.
