Landscape Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Landscape Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality landscape services across our Abu Dhabi portfolio. The role combines technical oversight, client liaison and team leadership to ensure sustainable, safe and cost-effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end landscape maintenance and enhancement, including horticulture, irrigation, pest control and hard‑scape works.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programmes for irrigation networks, planting, turf and related infrastructure.
• Drive water‑optimization initiatives and implement smart‑irrigation practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular reporting and proactive issue resolution.
• Review landscape designs and technical submissions, supporting value‑engineering and improvement projects.
• Manage third‑party contractors, suppliers and in‑house landscape teams.
• Control budgets, forecasts and procurement to achieve cost optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental and local authority regulations.
• Prepare operational and performance reports and champion continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in landscape engineering, operations or project delivery, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Professional certifications in irrigation or project management are a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
