Landscape Manager – Asset Management

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Landscape Manager to join Dubai Holding Asset Management, overseeing the operation and maintenance of landscaping and irrigation assets across the group’s residential and retail communities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and supervise landscaping and irrigation operations, ensuring high‑quality upkeep and timely preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, Jointly Owned Property Law (Law No. 06 of 2019) and HSSE requirements, liaising with government authorities as needed.
• Provide technical support for landscape development projects, develop scopes of work, evaluate contractors and monitor rectification works.
• Monitor key performance indicators, generate weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in landscape and irrigation management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Dubai regulatory requirements, including Jointly Owned Property Law and Decree 22 of 2009.
• Experience in financial budgeting and analytical reporting for real‑estate assets.
• Advanced proficiency with CAFM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrated planning, supervisory and leadership abilities.
