Landscape Manager – DHAM

About the role

Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking a Landscape Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of landscaping and irrigation assets across its residential and retail communities. The role ensures high‑quality upkeep, compliance with regulations, and supports development projects that enhance the aesthetic and functional value of DHAM properties.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall operation and maintenance of landscaping and irrigation assets across DHAM communities.
• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities, conduct inspections and supervise site teams.
• Ensure compliance with landscaping codes, HSSE requirements, Jointly Owned Property Law and liaise with government authorities.
• Provide technical support for landscaping development projects, develop scopes of work and evaluate contractors.
• Monitor KPIs, generate weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in landscaping and irrigation management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Dubai regulatory requirements, including Jointly Owned Property Law.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Computer‑Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
