Language Coach & Receptionist

About the role

Join Wall Street English in Dubai as a Language Coach & Receptionist. You will guide learners through their English journey, provide constructive feedback, and create a welcoming front‑desk experience for visitors and students.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome learners and visitors, manage front‑desk reception duties, and answer phone and in‑person inquiries.
• Assist learners with lesson plans, track progress, and encourage regular practice to build confidence in English communication.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm classes using the centre’s digital tools.
• Maintain accurate learner records, documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with teaching and administrative teams to support centre events and daily operations.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in receptionist or clerical roles, handling schedules and documentation.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexibly within a fast‑paced team environment.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Hospitality, Business or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software and digital scheduling tools.
• Confident phone etiquette and clear information delivery.
