Laundry Attendant

About the role

The Laundry Attendant supports the hotel’s laundry operations by ensuring linens, uniforms and guest laundry are processed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working within the Grand Millennium Al Wahda, you will contribute to a clean and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Operate washing and drying machines following safety and environmental procedures.
• Load, sort, unload, fold and stack linens and garments.
• Inspect items for stains, damages or special care needs and treat them accordingly.
• Maintain a tidy and organized laundry area, adhering to cleanliness standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist with routine maintenance.
• Support inventory management of laundry supplies.
• Collaborate with the laundry team to meet daily operational targets.
• Participate in health, safety and environmental initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to follow safety protocols and operate laundry equipment responsibly.
• Attention to detail for inspecting and presenting cleaned items.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and attend training sessions.
