About the role

The Laundry Guest Valet provides premium laundry services to hotel guests, ensuring garments are collected, processed, and returned with the highest level of care and professionalism. Working closely with the Laundry, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams, the role supports the hotel’s commitment to personalized, heartfelt hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Collect guest laundry promptly from guestrooms while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Complete laundry bags, invoices, and collection records accurately.
• Verify garment lists with guests, report any discrepancies, and inspect for damages, stains, or special care needs.
• Prioritize express and VIP laundry requests according to hotel procedures.
• Tag and record all garments correctly before processing.
• Deliver cleaned garments within established turnaround times, ensuring excellent presentation.
• Report lost‑and‑found items immediately and obtain guest acknowledgment when required.
