Lead Aesthetician - Spa Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Lead Aesthetician to head its Spa Operations team. The successful candidate will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments while ensuring a five‑star guest experience in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as facials, skin therapies, waxing and other beauty services.
• Supervise, mentor and train a team of aestheticians, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain treatment room readiness, cleanliness and equipment functionality.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and supplies, coordinating with purchasing as needed.
• Drive retail sales through product recommendations and team coaching.
• Collaborate with spa management to develop service promotions and packages, and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Licensed Aesthetician with advanced certifications in skincare and beauty treatments.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of skincare brands, ingredients and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.
