About the role
The Lead Analyst for the OT Cybersecurity sector acts as the liaison between the OT Security Operations Center (SOC) and sector stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of security activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide sector‑specific knowledge for incident response, threat hunting and related activities.
- Coordinate joint investigations and response efforts between the OT SOC and the sector.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and security teams.
- Monitor global and sector‑related cybersecurity risks, regulations and standards.
- Represent the OT SOC as a thought leader in customer and sector discussions.
Required profile
- ISC2 CISSP and/or GIAC certification, plus sector‑related certifications.
- Strong people and process management abilities with proven program‑management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and lead teams effectively.
