Lead Civil Engineer

About the role

Safety Street Construction is looking for a Lead Civil Engineer to head its upcoming project in Al Tallah, Ajman. The role involves overseeing all civil works from concept through completion, ensuring the project meets quality, safety and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the civil engineering team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise all site operations, including structural and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of civil engineering experience in the UAE construction sector.
• Proven track record of delivering structural and finishing works on time.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent planning, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
