Lead Designer for Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Designer to join a fast‑growing digital marketing agency in Dubai. The role involves leading the creation of high‑impact creative campaigns across a variety of formats, from reports and eBooks to UI/UX designs and interactive digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Content and Client Services to deliver projects from concept to completion.
• Design responsive desktop and mobile prototypes using Figma.
• Interpret technical briefs and produce design assets such as presentations, infographics, storyboards, and EDMs.
• Work closely with motion and development teams on interactive campaigns.
• Maintain ownership of deliverables and build strong relationships with clients.
• Participate in client meetings, briefs, and online presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or technical verticals.
• Background as a senior creative within an agency or as a freelancer.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment.
