Lead - Fabrication And Construction Planning

About the role

Lead the Project Construction team in Abu Dhabi, supporting the project’s objectives and strategies while championing safety across all construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction teams responsible for planning, development and operations to ensure effective execution.
• Oversee contractor’s construction planning and execution to meet project objectives, strategies, obligations and requirements.
• Establish a construction organization, implement execution plans and coordinate resourcing of team positions.
• Provide construction and execution strategy support and oversight to the project team.
• Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with safety expectations, policies and procedures.
• Steward the development of an Integrated Safety Plan for Construction, including SIMOPS for island and brownfield work.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading construction planning and execution teams.
• Strong commitment to safety with a “Nobody gets Hurt” mindset.
• Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary resources and manage contractor relationships.
