Lead Flutter Developer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Lead Flutter Engineer to shape and scale high‑performance mobile applications from the ground up. You will have architectural autonomy to drive innovation, lead a team, and influence core platform components while delivering clean code and seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, ensuring smooth delivery and goal achievement.
• Make architectural decisions, maintain the current app portfolio and guide migration to a new architecture.
• Champion testability across the codebase and participate in architecture‑level decisions.
• Engage in technical grooming, sprint planning and estimation to align engineering with product goals.
• Introduce innovative ideas to improve processes, workflows and product quality.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews and promote knowledge sharing.
• Support and improve comprehensive product documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a development team or senior role with team responsibilities.
• 5+ years of mobile development (Android/iOS) with at least 4 years dedicated to Flutter and a track record of app releases.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Nice to have experience with native technologies (Kotlin, Java, Swift) and CI/CD pipelines.
