Lead Interior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Interior Designer to shape the interior design vision for our real‑estate projects in Dubai. The role involves translating project objectives into compelling interior concepts while ensuring alignment with market trends and client expectations. You will work closely with architects, developers and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the interior design strategy for multiple real‑estate developments.
• Produce design concepts, mood boards, material selections and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of interior elements.
• Manage design teams, mentor junior designers and oversee project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior interior design roles, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and market‑driven interior solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
