Lead Security Governance and Assurance

About the role

Lead security governance and assurance with a focus on identity and access management for Inception42, a G42 AI company operating in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Own the IAM strategy, roadmap and lifecycle processes, including joiner‑mover‑leaver, authentication, authorisation and privileged access.
• Design and maintain a role‑based access control model, manage access reviews, certification and evidence of least‑privilege enforcement.
• Set standards for privileged access management across infrastructure, applications and endpoints, and optimise existing tooling.
• Define application integration standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Conditional Access) and review integrations before go‑live.
• Automate identity lifecycle and provisioning, lead security governance framework aligned to ISO 27001, NIST CSF and UAE requirements, and drive audit remediation.

Required profile

• Deep hands‑on expertise in enterprise identity and access management, including governance, SSO, MFA and privileged access.
• Proven experience designing and operating an RBAC model at enterprise scale with segregation of duties.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management and hybrid identity.
• Experience with at least one IGA platform such as SailPoint or Saviynt, including certification campaigns and lifecycle automation.
• Ability to communicate access risk clearly to engineers, auditors and business stakeholders.
