Lead Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Avrioc is seeking a seasoned Lead Site Reliability Engineer to design, scale, and enhance its cloud infrastructure and observability ecosystem. The role focuses on automation, system resilience, and building highly reliable platforms for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Lead SRE best practices to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Argo CD or similar) for seamless deployments.
• Define and track SLOs & SLIs to maintain uptime and service health.
• Build robust observability frameworks using Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, and New Relic.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and Helm charts for efficient orchestration.
• Implement auto‑healing systems, proactive monitoring, and chaos engineering (Chaos Mesh, Litmus, AWS FIS).
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed reliability into development.
• Maintain clear infrastructure and incident documentation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of DevOps/SRE experience, including leadership in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Proven track record in CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and BCP/DR planning.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
