Leadership Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, people‑focused Leadership Development Specialist to design and support initiatives that strengthen management capabilities, employee performance, succession planning, and overall organizational effectiveness. The role works closely with senior leadership, HR, and business teams to build strong leadership pipelines and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement leadership development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify capability gaps and create targeted development programs, including training, workshops, and coaching.
• Support succession planning by identifying high‑potential employees and future leaders.
• Assess leadership competencies, performance, and development needs, and establish leadership goals and plans.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, management programs, and team development activities.
• Monitor outcomes, measure program effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, and produce reports and dashboards.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen management practices and analyze workforce data for improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leadership development, organizational development, talent management, HR, or learning and development.
• Strong understanding of succession planning, competency frameworks, performance management, and career development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience working with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field (preferred). Professional certifications and advanced degrees are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS, talent management platforms, learning management systems, or employee analytics tools.
